Prices

Orders are subject to acceptance by the company and to availability of goods and will be invoiced at prices ruling at the time of acceptance. All prices include VAT where applicable. 
 

Payments
Customers will be required to pay in advance of delivery by debit or credit card for goods ordered by them.

Returns
Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged by e-mailing returns@DjLounge.co.uk

with in 7 days of receipt.

Please include your original receipt in the returned parcel. Any items which are not accompanied by an original receipt will not be accepted.

The product you return must be in new, unused with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.

 

If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser’s credit or debit card for the sum paid less the postal costs. Please allow three working days from our receipt of the returned goods for a refund to be processed.

 

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the transaction has been completed. Please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to be reflect on your account.

 

Its is advisable to send returned items by registered post and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
